FIELD RENATLS
The WSF Indoor Soccer Complex is available for rentals throughout the day and evenings on a first-come-first-served basis. Although primarily used for soccer, the complex can be used for football, ultimate disc, baseball, rugby and lacrosse. The complex is also well-suited for activity sessions, phys-ed classes, fitness evaluations and clinics. For information, please call 953-4731.

RENTAL RATES
The rates for field rentals vary depending on the time, day and date that you require.

PRIME TIME RENTAL (October 16 - April 30)

The following are the rental rates between the hours of 6:00-11:00pm, Monday to Friday from October 16 to April 30. These rates are also in effect all day on Saturday, Sunday and holidays up to 11:00pm. Taxes are included in these prices.

Quarter Field: $170.00/hour for each quarter field
Half Field: $340.00/hour for each half field
Full Field Game Play: $420.00/hour. Note: this rate is for game play only on the full field set-up and does not apply to using two half fields or four quarter fields.
Full Field Divided (four quarters or two halves): $680.00 per hour

NON-PRIME TIME RENTALS(October 16 - April 30)

The following are the rental rates from Monday to Friday between the hours of 3-6:00 pm and after 11:00 pm from October 16 to April 30. These rates also apply to rentals after 11:00 pm on Saturday & Sunday. These rates do not apply to holidays. Taxes are included in these prices.

Quarter Field: $105.00 per hour
Half Field: $210.00 per hour
Full Field (Divided into any field formation): $420.00 per hour

DAYTIME WEEKDAY RENTALS

The following are the rental rates throughout the year between the hours of 9:00am - 3:00pm from Monday to Friday only. These rates do not apply to Saturdays, Sundays, spring break, December break and other holidays throughout the year which are subject to regular prime and non-prime pricing. Taxes are included in these prices.

Quarter Field: $105.00 per hour
Half Field: $157.50 per hour
Full Field (Divided into any field formation): $210.00 per hour

SUMMER RENTAL FEES (MAY 1 - October 15)

The following are the rental rates from May 1 to October 15. These rates are in effect throughout the entire day and evening. Taxes are included in these prices.

Quarter Field: $105.00 per hour for each quarter field used
Half Field: $130.00 per hour for each half field used
Full Field: $160.00 per hour for a full field set-up only. This price is not applicable for use as four quarter fields or two half fields.

SPECIAL EVENTS

The indoor complex is available for special events such as tournaments, fundraisers and corporate functions. The above mentioned rental fees are for basic field rentals only. For other events, you will be required to provide an outline including the full details and requirements of your event. A final rental fee will then be determined based on your event requirements. Prices will also be based on the areas of the building that you will be using, staffing requirements, cleaning, etc. Additional fees may also be added if you plan to charge admission, need additional power for electronic systems (such as sound systems), if your event will be drawing a large number of people to the facility that requires additional use of utilities and if you will be displaying advertising. No outside food and beverage are permitted.
